This was absolutely delicious! Made even better by the suggestion from the staff to have it on a rosemary bagel. The bagels are the best I've had outside of New Jersey! Not overly dense, or too fluffy, frankly the perfect balance between the two. Egg was perfect fried, and the sausage was delicious. Paired well with the green apple and white cheddar to make a delicious breakfast! Staff is always friendly and helpful. I ate here 2 days in a row, with my first meal being n asiago Cheese bagel with cream cheese. You can't go wrong with most anything you order here! Highly recommend!

After living off of their breakfast sandwiches for 2 years, I finally tried a lunch sandwich, and it was so good that I'm going to be torn on what to order next time. The ham and swiss melt had piles of meat and cheese and was perfectly griddled. The pickles and mustard added a nice acidic note.

EEEK! the Euro bagel sandwich!! I do not traditionally enjoy bagel sandwiches but this one is perfection on a gorgeous, fluffy Egg Bagel. I always ask for extra mustard seed and cut in half like a sandwich - it never fails. I'm also a HUGE fan of the Honey Wheat Bagel with Maple Cream Cheese, ooooh she's tasty. I would LOVE to see a lemon cream cheese make its way to the menu <3

Awesome and filling! A hearty breakfast sandwich cooked to perfection on the best bagel in the islands! The eggs are always cooked perfectly and the cheese is melted just right. It can be a little messy, but that's what you want out of a good breakfast sandwich, right?
